​We’re sorry to let you know that Blue Mountains Lavender Farm will not be open for our usual public farm visits this summer season.

​

The closure of the Great Western Highway at Mount Victoria Pass since March 2026 has had a significant impact on access to the farm, with travel times greatly increased and concerns about the safety and
suitability of the current detour route.

​

After careful consideration, we’ve decided that it is not practical to open the farm to the general public this season.   We will, however, continue farm operations as usual and provide products to our local retailer stockists, via our online website shop and we will be at The Rocks Markets in Sydney on a regular basis
before Christmas.

​

We know this will be disappointing news for our loyal visitors who look forward to seeing the lavender in flower each year, and we’re genuinely sorry that we won’t be able to welcome you as usual.

​

We will, however, continue to accommodate pre-arranged group visits where travel arrangements can be planned in advance. Please contact us if you would like to discuss a group visit.

We will keep you updated in the future as circumstances change.
