100% cotton washable cover with removable inner filled with rice, lavender buds and a sprinkling of lavender essential oil.   When heated the pack provides relief from tension and stiffness from conditions such as period pain, neck and shoulder pain, headaches and migraines.
We use rice because it retains the heat longer than other grains and is odour-free, less likely to attract the attention of insects and can be both microwaved for heat therapy or cooled in a sealed plastic bag in the freezer for cold therapy.
